At Olympian Fitness, we're on a mission to make America healthy and active again. According to the CDC, adult obesity increased from 30.5% to 42.4% from 1999-2018. This is a staggering number, considering obesity brings a substantial amount of negative health conditions with it's diagnosis. We believe in leading by example, and it's our responsibility to help flatten the curve of obesity, get people in shape, and help the population become healthy again. By using individualized workouts and programming to build manageable, sustainable, and easy to stick to habits, we have been able to help hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals.
