CONTEST DETAILS​

1. ​9 weeks of online personal training programming

​

2. Nutritional coaching, including calorie, macro, and myfitnesspal tracking

​

3. 3x per week accountability check ins

​

4. Travel program in the event you can't access your normal gym equipment

​

5. Contest starts January 17th and ends March 21st.
